Doyle Dingman

Doyle was born and raised in the Bellevue area and continues to own and operate a farm operation there today. After graduating from Bellevue High School he received a Bachelor’s Degree from Kansas State University. Since 1981 he has made the real estate and auction business a full time career. He earned his Michigan Real Estate Brokers License in 1986. While helping hundreds of customers achieve their marketing goals Doyle also gained a vast experience in the real estate mortgage and lending area as well. While devoting his efforts to serving his many customers he continues to emphasize the marketing of Agricultural properties throughout Michigan and has been involved in the sale of an excess of $200 million dollars of agricultural property throughout his career. In addition, he is also active in the Residential Real Estate market and would welcome the opportunity to visit with you in an effort to assist every potential Buyer and Seller achieve their marketing goals.

Professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, Battle Creek Board of Realtors, National Auctioneers Association and the Michigan Auctioneers Association. He also holds Auctioneer Licenses in Indiana, Kentucky and Wisconsin.

When not assisting customers achieve their marketing goals Doyle spends time with his family raising and exhibiting Percheron horses at equine events throughout North America when he is not helping customers purchase or market assets at auction or through conventional means.

Rich Mattea

My name is Rich Mattea and have been in real estate for 38 years! I also have a BA in Business from Olivet College and a Masters from Western Michigan University. Mary Bartzen

Mary Bartzen is a licensed Realtor born and raised in Bellevue, spending time outdoors and in neighboring cities. After 2 years living in Colorado Mary knew there is no place like home, “Bellevue”. Knowing the area and loving the country, yet being close to the city she enjoys outdoor sports throughout the intangible benefits of Michigan’s four seasons. Such as golfing, softball, Kayaking, 5K’s, and downhill skiing.

Family oriented and career driven, Mary completed her bachelor’s degree at Western Michigan University while caring for her 2 young children. As her kids matured and require less of her time, she developed a passion for real estate.

Mary absorbed invaluable life skills through her 12 years of customer service in the restaurant business.
