Mary Bartzen

Mary Bartzen is a licensed Realtor born and raised in Bellevue, spending time outdoors and in neighboring cities. After 2 years living in Colorado Mary knew there is no place like home, “Bellevue”. Knowing the area and loving the country, yet being close to the city she enjoys outdoor sports throughout the intangible benefits of Michigan’s four seasons. Such as golfing, softball, Kayaking, 5K’s, and downhill skiing.

Family oriented and career driven, Mary completed her bachelor’s degree at Western Michigan University while caring for her 2 young children. As her kids matured and require less of her time, she developed a passion for real estate.

Mary absorbed invaluable life skills through her 12 years of customer service in the restaurant business. Skills including, but not limited to communication, organization, flexibility, teamwork, attention to detail and composure. Through these skills that have been proven to be key in her realtor success she was blessed with an overpowering passion to help people.

Mary’s journey through home ownership began with her first house referred to by the street name, a complete restoration and remodel, second house referred to by the previous owner’s name, a partial remodel with cosmetic improvements, and third house…... HOME, a complete restoration and remodel with an addition through a contractor. That feeling of being home is what makes Mary want to be an instrument to guide and assist those desiring the “dream of a lifetime”. Along with homeownership, Mary is captivated by investment properties and remodeling. She is quick at the eye to visualize potential in any real estate property. Educated through the experience of the buying and selling processes along with renovations and a do-it-yourself husband Mary is ready to assist in your real estate journey.
